Do I need to be there while you service my boat?
No! All we ask is that you leave the keys for the technician and double check that your batteries are fully charged.
What areas do you service?
Currently, Mobile Motorboat Mechanics offers services to the Greater Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston and Pensacola areas. We service all major surrounding towns around these cities within an hour drive.
Do you service jet skis?
Yes! From an annual service and winterization to repair we have the skills needed to service your jet ski.
Do you service all boat engine types?
Yes, we service Outboard, Sterndrive (I/O), and Inboard engines. We service all of the major and most popular boat engines on the market today.
How long until my boat is fixed?
We have standard 1 day shipping on all items. We also carry a wide variety of common parts on the service van. With our easy scheduling we can get you back on the water quicker than anyone else.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can pay online through our customer portal.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer finiancing through Wisetack. Ask your customer service representive during scheduling and you can be pre-qualified in minutes.
Can I watch and ask questions while you service my boat?
Yes! Boater education is an important part of boater safety. Knowing how your boat works and how to perform service on your own is a great skill to have. Our technicians enjoy teaching and explaining their craft to you.
